It’s time to celebrate! Join us in the Auditorium for the official launch of PPL’s second Writers’ Anthology featuring work by participants of the Creative Writing Series which occurred throughout the year. Enjoy readings, refreshments, and fun!
The Creative Writing Series is intended for writers who want to produce a collection of poetry or short stories but don’t know where to begin. Each month from October to May, we will unpack a different stage of the writing process from drafting to publication, all while you work on your manuscript. The series culminates in your work being featured in a published anthology that will be added to the library's collection! *
* You must attend at least three of the Creative Writing Series events and be a Pickering Public Library cardholder to be considered for the anthology.
