Follow the rainbow to the fun! The luck of the Irish is in the air at our St Patrick’s Day celebration featuring various crafts and activities. Wearing green is encouraged but not required.

Hey card sharks, Sally Baubles will lead us in sewing our own playing card holders. No prior sewing experience required. All supplies are provided.

The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) is a community-based, multi-service agency dedicated to offering a broad range of community services.

Kids will design, build, and play their very own board games! From creating characters and challenges to decorating game boards and making up rules, participants will use their imagination to craft a game they can take home and enjoy.

Test your grammar superpowers as we swap nouns, adjectives, and adverbs to create the goofiest, wildest Mad Libs ever. We’ll play together as a group and crack up as our stories turn completely ridiculous.

This program will introduce children to interactive songs, nursery rhymes, music, creative movement and musical instruments.

Join the Litmus Chinese Dance Association and learn Uyghur dance! Uyghur music is upbeat, cheerful, and festive.

Biography

Discover local wildlife as you create beautiful compositions with simple materials! Participants will design their own cardstock cutouts of plants and animals, then transfer the images to paper by rubbing with coloured crayons.

Meet up with fellow makers every Thursday! Bring your own projects, share ideas, and socialize.

Explore digital drawing  using our Wacom tablets and an easy to use art program.

Come spend an afternoon at the movies...at the library! We will be watching Zootopia!

Celebrate Hungry Caterpillar Day as we read the famous book and then make bright, buggy crafts inspired by the book. Come wiggle, giggle, and create with us as we explore the wonderful world of caterpillars and butterflies!
