Looking to find balance within your day-to-day life and regain awareness of your mind and body? Then this is the session for you! This workshop will embrace the season’s energy while keeping comfort and accessibility in mind.
This event will be taking place outside in Esplanade Park, weather permitting.
Please bring a yoga mat with you to the session.
About the presenter: Amanda Dass is a certified Yin Yoga teacher who turned to yoga after witnessing anxiety attacks in those around her, including herself.
