This gentle yoga workshop is designed to enhance well-being, mobility, and community connection, all while providing a fun and uplifting experience for seniors!

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing to this event. 

Amanda Dass is a certified Yin Yoga teacher who turned to yoga after witnessing anxiety attacks in those around her, including herself.
