Looking to find balance within your day-to-day life and regain awareness of your mind and body? Then this is the session for you! Practice gentle movements while focusing on the principles of mindfulness and engage in breathwork to help manage stress and anxiety in this practice that aims to bring you to a place of peace, lightness, and happiness.

About the presenter: Amanda Dass is a certified Yin Yoga teacher who turned to yoga after witnessing anxiety attacks in those around her, including herself.
