Collab rooms are located on the 1st floor of the Central Library.
Bookable Room Rules:
- Arrive on time for your booked session and proceed directly to your reserved room. See our map below for the location of the room. Rooms are held for 15 minutes and may be allotted to the next person if you are late.
- Vacate the room promptly at the end of your booking.
- Rooms can be booked a maximum of 36 hours in advance for 2 hours each day. If you need to extend your session, please check in with our staff for availability.
- No more than the designated maximum occupancy should be in the room at any given time.
- Food and drinks are allowed, however, remember to clean up and dispose of any waste when you are finished using the room.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues to staff immediately. You will be held responsible for the costs of any repair, maintenance or cleaning of the room that occur during your booking.
- Follow the Library’s Code of Conduct Policy. Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion of use of Library services and spaces.
Room Features:
The collab room includes a table, chairs, ample electrical outlets, a whiteboard (erasable markers are available upon request), and a garbage/recycling bin. Doors may be closed for additional privacy.
Collab Rooms can be booked a maximum of 36 hours in advance.
