On Saturday, March 7, Pickering Public Library and Ajax Public Library will be hosting our annual Pickering-Ajax Science Fair at Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex!

Help a student shine on their special day!

Join us for an interactive and fun storytime at The Shops at Pickering City Centre! This storytime will feature books, action songs and rhymes for the whole family!

It's time to unleash your inner artist! This all ages event will introduce you to digital art and teach you how to use our new Wacom tablets so you can create your very own masterpiece.

Learn how to plan, shoot, and edit scroll-stopping TikToks using just your phone! We’ll cover transitions, trends, captions, music, and in-app editing tools to help you create eye-catching videos from scratch.

Enjoy a themed storytime followed by open-ended play with a variety of creative and engaging materials inspired by the tale. Perfect for curious little hands and big imaginations!

Find out what it takes to be a young entrepreneur, hear some Canadian success stories, and share ideas of your own in an inclusive and supportive space!

In this hands-on session, you will craft your very own felted hot cocoa mug--marshmallows included!

Join the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters as they deliver salmon eggs to the library.  Participants will be able to engage and ask questions about the eggs as well as enjoy a variety of salmon related activities and crafts!
