An Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Caseworker from the Oshawa office will be onsite every Friday at the Central Library to assist you, and no appointment is necessary.

Celebrate Asian Heritage Month with Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto. Participants will learn about the history behind Asian Heritage month and some of the different languages, food, music and famous landmarks in Asian countries.

For newcomers in the Pickering area looking to practice conversational English, meet new people, and learn about your community. Join us for a one hour conversation circle in partnership with Community Development Council Durham.

Bring your best stuffy (or at least one you can part with for a night) to enjoy a storytime together! The stuffies will then have a sleepover in the library and we will post pictures of the hijinks they get up to on social media!

Do you want to build your very own ecosystem? Join Durham Master Gardeners for an interactive workshop on how to build and care for your own terrarium! Materials provided. This is a program for teens (ages 13-19).
