Welcome to the Prism Collective! We will be meeting every month for games, activities, watch parties, and discussions around community and identity. 

This is a program for 2SLGBTQIA+ community members and allies ages 16 – 25.

Did you know that the Pickering Library hosts a sound recording booth? In this workshop, you will learn the basics of how to record audio such as your voice using the free and open source software called Audacity.

Celebrate the contributions of Black artists in our community! This event will feature a diverse range of artistic expressions including music, dance, poetry, visual arts and more. Light refreshments will be provided while supplies last. 

Join us in the Maker Space to learn all about professional scanning techniques for different media. You'll learn to use our high resolution Epson Photo Scanner to digitize your photos, artwork, and documents without losing quality. 

Are you interested in films and documentaries? Join us for our film club for a thoughtful and lively discussion on our selected title each month from either Kanopy or Hoopla.

Celebrate the reopening of our Seed Library with a presentation with Durham Master Gardeners followed by a Seed Giveaway and planting activities for the whole family!
