Presented by Alzheimer Society of Durham Region, this four-part series offers care partners of persons living with dementia an opportunity to explore an overview of the dementia journey in an interactive and supportive atmosphere.

This program will introduce children to interactive songs, nursery rhymes, music, creative movement and musical instruments.
