Gardening contributes to our wellness in many ways. This presentation will take you through the history of nature and wellness and the many benefits of gardening. Durham Master Gardeners will also present you with the inspiration to get started on your gardening for wellness journey.
After the presentation check out the newest seeds in our Seed Library and bring a few home to start your own garden!
