Ovee Launch Party

Ovee [pronounced "OH-VEE"] is the Pickering Public Library's new outreach vehicle, featuring a custom-built interior designed for delivering Library services to residents across Pickering. Books, movies, and more will be available for browsing and borrowing, and residents will also be able to have Ovee deliver requested holds during scheduled stops throughout the week.

To celebrate the launch of this exciting new service, join Library staff at a family-friendly event featuring a variety of fun activities, information about local community resources, snacks, and even prize giveaways! Most importantly, you will be able to meet the Library staff operating Ovee, as well as check out the vehicle for yourself. 

Don't have an active Pickering Public Library card? No problem! You can sign up at the event to begin using Ovee right away (valid photo identification with your name and address is required).
