Join us for an online presentation on “First Nation Treaties and the First People of Turtle Island (North America)” presented by Jode Kechego, an Indigenous Medicine Person from the Chippewa and Oneida Nations.

Jode Kechego brings knowledge and experience as a Senior Policy Analyst and Political Advisor for the Union of Ontario Indians and the Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians. Kechego also brings experience from his work as an Indigenous Treaty Researcher in Land Claims and was accredited by Canada’s Aboriginal Healing Foundation for his work on “The Healing Has Begun: a report on government expenditures on residential schools from 1877-1965”.
