- After this session, participants will be able to:
- determine the eligibility criteria and requirements, compare which deductions are of greater benefit to taxpayers
- understand the procedures to follow when changes in medical conditions occur and identify tax implications of making withdrawals and contributions to an RDSP
This event will be presented virtually over Zoom by Athina Hall, a representative from Chartered Professional Accountants Canada in partnership with Pickering Public Library, Ajax Public Library, Clarington Public Library, Oshawa Public Libraries, and King Township Public Library.

About the presenter:
Athina Hall is a Chartered Accountant with experience as Teaching Faculty and acted as Capstone Director for undergraduate students. Prior to that Athina spent 15 years in the corporate sector managing taxation departments, accounting and payroll teams and managed the revitalization of Nielsen corporate headquarters.
Athina experienced a severe motor vehicle accident which resulted in loss of mobility and is now building a platform to assist disabled patients by sharing knowledge and assisting those with specialized needs.
